All of our accommodations have air conditioning.
Pets are allowed only on request.
All indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Parties are not allowed.
In Greece, Quiet Hours must be respected and are enforceable by the police. Guests must not disturb neighbors during these times:Summer (01/04/2023 - 30/09/2023)

If you find anything damaged when you arrive, please report it to us within 24 hours of your check-in so that we don't hold you responsible.
All damages, big and small, must be reported to us immediately during your stay.
You will be responsible for the repair costs of any damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or anything else that belongs to the accommodation.
You are welcome to bring your own baby bed.
A free baby bed for an infant up to 2 years old is available on request.
We do not offer breakfast, but you will find good breakfast options nearby.

We will then confirm availability for your dates or, in case of no availability, we may offer you some alternative dates depending on availability. We will offer you the best price for your stay and if you accept our special direct booking offer, we will kindly ask for you to send us a booking deposit to secure your reservation.
If you find a good deal anywhere else, we will beat that deal with a better one if you book with us directly!
We promise you will not be surprised by hidden fees at any point of the booking process or during your stay with us.
The price we offer you will include:

The booking deposit must be paid in EURO (€) within 3 business days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation won't be guaranteed.

You must present a National ID Card or Passport. These documents will be returned to you immediately.
Do you want to check in earlier or later? It may be possible if you ask us at least 48 hours in advance. We will check and let you know.
The accommodation is cleaned every 2 days.
Fresh bath towel change every 2 days.
Fresh bed linen change every 4 days.
We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.
Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Please inform us if you wish to extend your stay and keep your accommodation beyond 10:00. An extension may be given depending on our availability.
Do you want to check out earlier or later? It may be possible if you ask us in advance.
If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on your check-out date, we have the right to remove your belongings from the accommodation. Please note that we would only do this as a last resort.
We offer free luggage storage. *

In the event that you need to check out earlier than planned, we may be able to offer a refund depending on the circumstances.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide:
- Full Refund: at least 21 days before your check-in date, minus any banking or transfer fees
- No Refund: less than 21 days before your check-in date
All refunds are paid in EURO (€).
We do not charge any cancelation fees.

You may be able to reschedule your booking.
You can reschedule your booking dates for free (subject to availability).
If you don't arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and if we don't hear from you, the status of your reservation will change to "no show" and the accommodation will be made available. We will then have the right to reserve it for other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.
